Concerted Care Group is a community based behavioral healthcare treatment center. CCG offers patient-centered integrated substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment, and supportive services. Concerted Care Group currently offers medication assisted treatment, intensive outpatient program, outpatient program, and DUI/DWI education and treatment programs. We offer psychiatric services and mental health therapy. We have a variety of recovery and wellness groups facilitated by our certified substance abuse and mental health clinicians. We offer primary care services. Our staff is comprised of professional clinicians who are responsive, compassionate and efficient. CCG's Mission is to provide the highest quality of truly integrated care in behavioral health for lasting change in our patients' lives. The Concerted Care Group (CCG) offers substance dependency treatment, behavioral health, and supportive services in one integrated setting. CCG's experienced, compassionate staff focus on the clients, their families, and the community they live and work in.
