Health & Strength Gym

Our equipment consists of Hammer Strength, Cybex, Life Fitness and Precor and has been selected to ensure results for the beginner to the advanced exercising adult.

Group fitness classes are offered throughout the year as well as our high-energy spinning class. We have 18 bikes and exceptional instructors who each have their own individual style. We are a Silver Sneakers accredited facility with yoga and classic classes offered during the weekday mornings.

After your workout, replenish with a protein shake from our smoothie bar. We have a wide variety of pre and post workout drinks along with fresh fruit and supplements.

Other amenities include hot showers, lockers, and tanning beds. Our facility is professionally cleaned daily. We are always staffed for your safety and security as well as providing you with assistance in proper usage of the equipment. We cater to a wide range of motivated people from young adults to our energetic seniors. Male or female, young or old, we are intimidation free.
